2013-05-21 Richard Armitage participated in the 2013 JoongAng Ilbo-CSIS Forum in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
2013-05-20 Sak Sakoda supported Albania's Ministry of Defense and General Staff with their conceptual planning to implement recommendations outlined in the April Strategic Defense Review Report. It was the last scheduled engagement with Albania after the two-year effort in supporting the SDR process and implementation planning. During this last visit to Tirana, Minister Imami awarded Sak with the Defense Minister's Distinguished Service Medal for contributions to the Strategic Defense Review.
